As some of you regular readers may know, this year I have accepted the responsibility of being a lab aide in the art building. I love the job and everything that comes with it. But some of you may be asking, what are some of the things that lab aides do in the art building? Well, normally we are just in the building to help students if they need it. But today, I took on an extra project.

Made some room for an awesome new seamless background! Love it!

Our photo studio just recently came across some new equipment (bonus!) so I thought I might as well clean up a bit before putting more stuff in the studio. So I’ve spent my day sweeping, mopping, and reorganizing the photo studio so that the new equipment will be able to fit nicely and feel right at home along with everything else in the studio.

Now I can walk into the studio without tripping over cords and shuffling around lights, reflectors and backdrops.

Come on by the art building some time. I’d love to show you around the studio!
