My “suitcase”

I am taking a lot of classes this semester! But one of the classes that I think will stand out and be a lot of fun is my Speech class. Speech-100 is usually a class that freshmen take, but I decided to push it off for a little bit so that is why I’m taking it in my junior year. The professor for this class is Bobby Pratt, which is a name that might sound familiar for anyone who has visited the student development office at Spring Arbor University.

My suitcase

This is all of the gear that I could fit into my "suitcase."

Speech class might sound really intimidating for those of you out there who have a fear of public speaking but trust me, Bobby makes this class super fun! I can’t speak for the other speech professors, but I am thoroughly enjoying my class with Bobby Pratt.

The first speech we will be giving is called the “Suitcase Speech.” So we are supposed to bring in a suitcase/backpack/container of some sort filled with things that will let people know something personal about us. So finding a container wasn’t hard for me since I have to lug all of my camera gear around in a big backpack anyway!

I’m looking forward to the fun that this class is sure to dish out!

God bless!
